PREPARATION GUIDE
The Xtyle Fitness Teen Fitness Challenge promotes lifestyle changes for teens and makes all challenges both fun and exciting. Each year, several different individual challenges will be published. Teens need to prepare for ALL challenges in the preparation guide, but only a certain amount of challenges will have to be completed at the final event. The initiative behind this is that all teens have to work equally hard to train their entire bodies, this enhances their quality of life, giving true purpose to the functional training regime.
PLEASE NOTE: The challenges change each year, but you can follow the following examples to prepare for the next challenge.

A group of four teens can make up a team and participate in all Team Events. Teams must be made up of 4 girls or 4 boys within the same age group. Mixed teams will also be allowed to enter and will be judged against other mixed teams.
Code of Conduct
Competitors, coaches and parents will sign the appropriate code of conduct. Good sportsmanship will be expected and enforced at the sole discretion of Event Officials and Organisers. No form of abuse, whether physical, mental or verbal will be tolerated. Violations will result in penalties up to and including removal from the event.
